Chessnuts Bavarian
Cream For 8 |

Leave the chessnuts in water for 24
hours. Boil the milk with the chessnuts until the milk has been totally absorbed. Add the sugar and leave. Add the rum when cooled. Whip the cream and mix it with the chessnuts and the chocolate. Put in a Bavarian Cream mould and leave in the fridge. Buon Appetito ! |
